Today is the official publication date for my second cookbook, “A New Way to Food: 100 Recipes to Encourage a Healthy Relationship with Food, Nourish Your Beautiful Body, and Celebrate Real Wellness for Life.”
If you pre-ordered it, thank you so much. It should be on its way to your kitchen now. Perhaps you just need to bop down to the local bookstore to pick it up.
