Food gifts. If you haven’t figured it out by now, Eat Boutique is pretty dedicated to the idea that food makes the very best gift for any occassion, time, or person. We believe that everything can be a food gift and that it is something you can (and should) incorporate into your everyday life.
With all of that in mind, we are looking for contributors who have something new to add to this conversation. This is not just cookies at Christmas (though we do love those), this is herbs from your garden, homemade extracts, cocktail accoutrements, freshly-baked bread, and so much more.
We want to work with writers/photographers with a strong perspective and voice. Those who can create a stellar recipe, but also provide instructions on how to wrap it as a gift. Though we believe in each person’s artistic style, we are looking for those who can create visual imagery that fits within our brand. Eat Boutique should feel like a lot of different ingredients that still creates one cohesive dish.
Do you think this might be you? We are looking for contributors who can:
- Commit to at least one personality-driven story every other month—less than 450 words—that includes a recipe written according to our guidelines and gift-wrapping instructions.
- Provide photos (or even illustrations) that fit our brand and aesthetic, as well as include images of wrapped food gifts.
- Meet deadlines and understands the importance of delivering a story on time.
