In Maggie's Kitchen :: Eat Boutique 4

Thanks to everyone who visited with us last week. Just seeing your smiling faces reminded me of our holiday pop-up late last year. (Heidi put together a nifty montage of some of those images!) You especially loved and bought up all of our darling Malvi Marshmallows which are now only two packages for $10 in the shop for the rest of April. Yep, that’s only $5 each. Here are some other things you should know all about:

Coconut Tapioca Pudding: Let’s start with dessert! Check out this recipe because coconut and tapioca and mango just belong together.

My New Roots: I read this interview with one of my favorite bloggers and cookbook authors and keep thinking: she’s telling my story, maybe your story, too. I haven’t felt this clear-minded and energetic in a long time. Thank you, fruits and vegetables.

Crazy Coffee: I am missing coffee so much. It’s just about this time of year when my husband starts cold-brewing strong coffee, which we generally drink black with a sprinkle of sea salt. I may find my way back to his cold brew as soon as the temperatures rise. I hear this coffee recipe is also fantastic. Seriously, just whiz up coffee + coconut oil + butter? You try it and let me know how it is.

Chocolate Chip Cookies: You know what else was a big hit? I had the husband take these cookies to work today. Yep, done in 5 minutes flat. They’re chocolatey and soft and sprinkled with the very best sea salt. Sea salt makes everything better.

The Mindy Project: If you love Mindy as much as I do, read all about our hometown girl in this Boston Magazine story. Of course, she loves to dine al fresco. More meals outside soon, please.

How to Wrap Muffins: In case you missed it, I shared my tips for taking an old cardboard box and transforming it into the perfect muffin box. Go check that story out now, to get ready for the weekend because there will be muffins this weekend.

Have a great week!
