We only sell what we ourselves would buy, which means everything is tasted and loved, highlighted with our glowing recommendation. Some products — like our Maker Collections — ship directly from the makers. Other products — like our popular, carefully considered gift collections — ship directly from Eat Boutique. Speaking of our gift collections, there are times when we run out of a specific food item. In those cases, we replace them with an equally delicious food gift of the same value. We reserve the right to substitute products at anytime in order to ensure that you receive the freshest possible food.

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

We generally ship with UPS (there are a few exceptions) and a flat rate of $10 is added to all orders. Payment is accepted by credit card via PayPal. We ship within 5 days from receiving your order on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Our food items arrive fresh, delicious, and ready to eat.

WHERE DOES EAT BOUTIQUE SHIP TO?

We ship anywhere in the USA. We’re happy to ship to Canada, as well, at an additional fee.

CAN I INCLUDE A GIFT MESSAGE?

Of course! In fact, we’ll print a beautiful message for you on thick paper. Just let us know what you’d like your card to say when you submit your order. If you do not input a message for your gift, no gift message will be printed with your order.

HOW CAN I CHECK ON MY ORDER?

You will get notifications on your order via our system each step of the way. But if you’d like to check on your order, just email us.

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We only send fresh, heavenly food items to you. However, if you’re unhappy with anything, just let us know and we’ll be happy to fix it right away.

WHAT’S YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?

We take this stuff seriously! If you sign up for the Eat Boutique newsletter or site, you can opt out at any time. When you shop at Eat Boutique, we will add you to our internal mailing list but you can unsubscribe at anytime. Please know that you won’t be emailed by the companies in each gift box, and we will not sell your email address to anyone. You may, however, receive occasional emails from Eat Boutique (from which you can unsubscribe at anytime.)

DO YOU HAVE A DISCLOSURE POLICY?

We are enthusiastic members of the food community. Eat Boutique does, however, receive product samples, kitchen equipment and/or cookbooks on a review basis, and if we choose to write about them, we aim to disclose how we received them. Please know that acceptance of your product doesn’t guarantee a review, nor a favorable one.

Eat Boutique is also an online shop that actively sells and promotes products in our shop. When we write about those products, we do so to share the good word on that product and to keep our business running, naturally.

We treasure comments but please be polite and constructive when leaving a comment. We reserve the right to delete any offensive, rude or spam comments. Please do not try to advertise your product in a comment because that will be promptly deleted. Sorry!
