Peaches-and-Prosciutto-2

Happy (almost) summer! It’s 90 degrees up in New England so it feels like summer to me. And perhaps it’s the steamy weather, but I couldn’t wait another moment to share our new series entitled “Summer Shorts.”

Katie Eberts and I were connected through a mutual friend and upon our first email, the scheming began. I’ve always wanted to share a simple, illustrated series of recipes that demonstrate how to make something incredibly easy and surprisingly delicious with just a few ingredients. The summer is filled with ripe produce begging for a light touch and the perfect season to bring forth our brand new series. We hope you enjoy each illustrated post, and we’d love to know what you think of “Summer Shorts” in the comments, merci! – Maggie
