I know that I’m lucky to be able to collaborate with so many writers and photographers on  Eat Boutique  – it’s probably the most fun part of this great big adventure in food. And there’s a magical moment when you know the contributor fits the site.

For Aussie Josephine Rozman, a photographer that pretty much lives on the exact opposite end of the world from me in Hong Kong, that magic happened when I opened my inbox to see these intimate photos of my favorite dessert.

I’ve been holding onto them for two months and now, with the chill finally in the air in New England, it’s time to share. If you love coffee and ice cream too, please show her a little love in the comments. Merci! – Maggie

  • Denise

Josephine and Maggie – this is one of my favorite as well as go to desserts when in a pinch. Love it!

    • YAY for coffee and ice cream. I don’t think there’s much that’s better – esp in the Fall. 🙂 Except maybe if there’s a drizzle of a little homemade amaretto too. 🙂

  • I just enjoyed one of these at a friend’s party last weekend – it was delightful!

  • Absolutely gorgeous and inspiring – thanks for sharing this.
