What We’re Loving: Summer Platters



Summer is officially here (hooray!).  No need to turn on the oven.  Grill and stove top, sure.  Invite some friends over or gather up the whole family,  pour some cocktails and, courtesy of some of our favorite food blogs, serve up a heaping platter of:

A great big salad on a hot summer night makes a wonderful, easy dinner, especially on a week night. Does it get fresher than  Arugula Salad with Blueberry Preserve and Sage Dressing?    {from  Give Me Flour}

If you are inclined to fire up the grill, why not pair some shrimp or chicken skewers with this pretty platter of Grilled Veggies with Romesco Sauce?  {from  Love & Lemons, adapted from Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone}

Looking for another way to use radishes? Why not brighten the table with Salad Sicilia, inspired of course from a meal in Sicily and choc full of nuts and fresh veggies.  As suggested, I would definitely add cheese!  {from  Delicious Days}
